Chris Cahill has been serving clients' financial needs since 2001. After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Tampa, where he graduated magna cum laude in 3 years, Chris attended graduate school at The College for Financial Planning. He has also earned the experience and designations of Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS), Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor (CRPC), Chartered Retirement Planning Specialist (CRPS), and Certified Special Needs Advisor (CSNA).

As the President of Sound Wealth Management, Chris applies a comprehensive wealth management approach in order to help clients navigate their financial futures.

Chris also serves as a Managing Principal for Lincoln Financial Advisors Florida RPO, where he can combine his experience, leadership, and affinity for developing others towards helping other financial professionals grow and manage their businesses.

In addition to being a father, a husband, and a caregiving son, Chris is also a Marine, a recorded musician, a published author, and a volunteer for many worthwhile causes, not to mention an avid Gator football fan.

Barbara began her career with Lincoln Financial Advisors in 2001 in the Pittsburgh Regional Office. She relocated to South Florida in 2004. As an attorney in the National Planning Department of Lincoln Financial Advisors (LFA), she is responsible for developing, designing and implementing financial planning on a national level. She is a Private Wealth Services Coach, mentoring other advisors on the holistic approach to financial planning; the “Serve First” philosophy.

Within Sagemark Consulting, Barbara focuses her practice on business succession, advanced estate planning, charitable giving and wealth preservation strategies. Barbara is a frequent speaker and contributor to LFA conferences and forums.

Originally from Wilmington, DE, Barbara currently resides in Lake Worth, FL. She is an Outreach Provider for Yoga Gangsters, a Miami-based non-profit organization whose mission is to empower youth by addressing the symptoms of trauma and poverty such as limited education, addiction, violence, incarceration and more using the practice of yoga.

Barbara is a graduate of the University of Delaware (BA), Wilmington University (MS) and Duquesne University School of Law. She has court admissions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Barbara holds the FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 registrations and is licensed for Life, Health and Annuities.

 

Christopher Fromm, ChFC, CFP®

Director of Planning

Chris joined Lincoln Financial Advisors/Sagemark Consulting in 2001 and specializes in comprehensive financial planning for high net worth individuals with expertise in estate planning. He currently holds the CFP® certification and ChFC designation in addition to also holding the Series 6, 7, and 66 registrations, and Florida Life, Health and Annuity licenses. In 2008, He was promoted to Senior Case Manager. At that time, he also joined the Sagemark Conulting Private Wealth Services Group and serves as an Advisory Specialist.   

In 2009, he was promoted to Director of Planning. He currently serves on several National Teams, including the Estate and Business Planning Committee, FCM Testing Committee, Private Wealth Services Group, and also serves on the Lincoln Financial Network Team.  

Chris is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, he was a financial analyst at Merrill Lynch.

Deborah S. Massey

Deborah Massey began her career in the banking industry, involved in all aspects of a branch office to include Operational, Business Development, and Managerial levels within a commercial bank, up to the position of Branch Manager. In 1996, she changed her career path to the investment services industry, working as a stockbroker with Prudential Securities.

Deborah began her current career with Lincoln Financial Advisors in 2001 as a Compliance Manager. In that role, she was responsible for Compliance, Investment New Business, and Audits. In 2003, she transitioned into the Business Operations Manager role, responsible for Operations, Compliance, and Human Resources. Deborah is a FINRA Registered Principal and has a Florida Life, Health, & Annuity insurance license. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Deborah resides in Coral Springs, Florida.

 

Susan McDonnell

Susan began her career in the real estate and mortgage industry. She joined Lincoln Financial Advisors in August 2008 and is the Operations Lead for the South Florida Region. Susan is responsible for office management, operations, training, client service, compliance, finance and advertising and event planning.

Originally from Rhode Island, Susan is a graduate of Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She has previously held her Mortgage Brokers license and Life, Health and Annuities license. She is a Notary Public and member of the Florida Notary Association. Susan recently obtained her certification as a yoga instructor for Outreach children.

Sarah Christine Flink

Business Operations Manager

Christine joined Lincoln in Nov. 2004 as the Business Operations Manager for the North Florida OSJ in Jacksonville. Prior to her joining Lincoln, she held various positions with financial firms in Jacksonville. Christine was an Operations Manager for the Jacksonville and Orange Park offices of Dean Witter Reynolds. She then started as an equity trader and later served as the Compliance Options Principal and Sr. Corp. Options Principal for Barnett Securities. She was a Registered Sales Assistant for a group of Planners at UBS PaineWebber before joining Robert W. Baird ad the assistant to the Assistant Branch Manager and later as the Business Administrative Manager.

Christine holds the 7, 4, 24, 53, 63, 9 and 10 FINRA registrations along with the Florida Health, Life and Annuity Licenses. She attended FCCJ and has taken various courses through the American Banking Institute.

Debbie joined Lncoln Financial Advisors in April 2001 as the New Business Life processer for North Florida OSJ in Jacksonville. When life insurance was taken over by home office. she transitioned to the broker dealer New Business processing, working closely with Planners and Assistants to ensure "the in good order process". After a short time the new broker dealer business was taken over by home office and 2008 she was promoted to Operations Lead for North Florida. She took over working with the Finance Dept. in processing accounts payable and assisting the Business Operations Manager with processing new hire paperwork, registration, contracting and compliance requirement follow up with field associates. She is currently working on special projects that include updating the NIGO standard operating procedures, insurance pipeline and reaching out to the field associates to help with new business and processing paperwork. She will work closely with the Onboarding training of new Planners and Sales Assistants as they join Lincoln.

Debbie attended FCCJ and she has a state certification for EMT and Medical Assistant. On the weekends she works as a time keeper for special events include MMA, International Kickboxing, the Jacksonville Fire Fighters and Police Officers charity event called Guns and Hoses. She works with charity event like the Veterans Farm helping veterans who suffer from PTSD learn to plant crops. It is a program so that one day they may be able to own their own farm.

Bebe began her career in 1989 in the insurance industry. She was an administrative assistant to a Penn Mutual Life planner in New York City. She then moved on as a secretary to GA at the John Hancock agency in Long Island, New York.

Bebe relocated to Florida in 2003, and worked as an administrative assistant for a Lincoln National Life Insurance Company Agent/Broker from 2003 to 2007.

In January 2008, Bebe joined the Orlando office as Office Facilitator and Receptionist. She is responsible for office management, operations, maintaining books and records in accordance with Lincoln Financial Advisors' company policy. When necessary, Bebe acts as administrative assistant to our planners.
